We are happy to say that we really enjoyed staff and location.

The place was extremely convenient and had outstandingly accommodating staff that did n't really understand the importance of customer service, really enjoyed the stay. Fresh fruit, croissants, pastries and cereals were outstanding and overall there was plenty of food.

The venue is pleasant, with brilliant food and unbeatable location right in the town centre. Efficient check-in and fast check-out, consistently courteous staff.

Everything was fantastic value for money, had a comfortable stay with a good location. Fab staff and rooms, I really enjoyed it👌❤❤

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a central area, so close to the town centre, all the restaurants and Harrogate. The room was fantastic value for money.

No complains at all, overall it's well priced place with genuinely friendly staff that did n't really understand the importance of customer service. Truly enjoyed fast check-in and late check-out. Would stay here again for savoury breakfast.

I truly enjoyed this modern hotel, fantastic value for money. The staff was HARD-WORKING & everything was very good. The place was just walking distance from Shalimar, where you can have dinner.

Well-maintained and tidy place with a very friendly lobby. The bed was extra large, and I appreciated that the room was well-kept and brand-new.

This was a fairly clean and traditional hotel. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Stuzzi that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

The hotel was perfectly clean and handy, loved the great beds. The view from my room was beautiful.

Secure hotel with very good and pleasant location next to Close to all bars and restaurants excellent location, the centre, all the attractions Harrogate has to offer. The pool was excellent and I had hot drinks in the main bar.

wonderful location and views, we loved this perfect central hotel. main bar was modern and pretty clean. lovely bed, coffee, air conditioning and iron with ironing board, large room. found in the pretty comfortable area, the venue offered great prices.

The stay was brilliant. The queen room was suitable, had an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk. Excellent customer service provided too. The location was decent close to everything. Furthermore, the hotel was an easy walk to harrogate international centre...

Food was SUPERB, room was compact, liked the tidy bathroom. Wonderful location, just a short stroll away from Beulah Street. The main bar was executive and the drinks were cold.

I loved the superb position of the hotel, the staff were outstandingly helpful! The staff did all they can for a decent stay. The room was appropriate and beds were fine. Having different complementary drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch. Fantastic value for money, exceptional service.

Great experience there. The bed was good, we enjoyed it. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Bar was perfect for breakfast.

Perfect for weekend. We were upgraded to an executive room on arrival. The airport is easy to get to, it's 25 km away. This is a hotel go-to for Harrogate!

They offer free water and minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate. Room was very clean and comfortable

Stuzzi was set 5 minutes walk away. Hotel location was within short walking distance to the valley gardens. The venue was right by Harrogate train station...

We enjoyed the location and the food and meaningful prices. Breakfast here was excellent.
